While I was waiting for my legit made shiny Palkias to get traded, I ran into this. THIS! Before I realized, I though this Shiny Dialga was a HACKED, Shiny Dialga, but now,...I realized.... You can get the lv.1 Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina (Origin Form) from Heartgold, or/and Soulsilver by having the Arceus that you got from Toys "R" Us(North Ameracia)/Movie theaters (Japan), transferred from Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum game cards!!! OOOOOoooooh! I see.
But still, can the Sinjoh Ruins Pokémon can be shiny or shiny locked? That what's I'm trying to wonder a little.

Ohh how can they expect someone to make a trade like that I mean a legendary Pokemon at level 1 for a Hypno at level 91 or more come on seriously.
