Ash is crying due to how much Serena's beautiful singing voice made him cry soo much that he likes it.
P.S. Hawlucha is Ash's recently caught Pokémon from Japanese airing, while Fletchinder is Ash's evolved Fletchling, used in Pokémon Movie 17: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction, and used as the second XY Intro, Mega Volt.
